The fastest travel option to Bohol is to take a flight to Bohol-Panglao International Airport. Flights are available for local and international travel. Below we will be listing the flight schedule and availability.

How do you get to Bohol by Sea

If you’re already in the Philippines, you can also opt to take a ferry and travel from different ports: Manila, Cebu, Siquijor, and Dumaguete. The shortest route is to travel by ferry from Cebu, this will only take about 2 hours.

How do you get to Bohol by Land

If you’re up for a longer travel adventure, the Manila-Bohol bus ride will take about 22 hours, including ferry-rides.

From Cebu To Bohol

From Cebu Pier 1, you can travel via OceanJet Ferry which has daily trips to and from Bohol, Mondays to Sundays. The ferry ride would take two hours, and the earliest departure time is 6AM, while the latest is 5PM. 

Below is the rate for each seat:

  • Tourist class: Adult/Child – ₱890 ($15.91)
  • Business class: Adult/Child (ages 3 to 11) – ₱1,290 ($23.07) 

From Siquijor To Bohol

There are two ways on how to go to Bohol from Siquijor: via a two-hour ferry ride and a three-hour car ferry ride. Do note that OceanJet only operates every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

It departs at 7PM and arrives at Bohol after three hours.

  • Standard seat –  ₱475 ($8.50)
  • Tourist seat –  ₱750 ($13.41)
  • Vehicles –  ₱1,670 ($29.86)

From Dumaguete To Bohol 

Boat is the only mode of transportation from here to Bohol, with three seat classes: Open Air, Tourist and Business. OceanJet Ferries depart from Dumaguete’s central port several times a day. The earliest departure time is 10AM, while the latest is 2:30PM. Below is the rate for each seat:

  • Open Air & Tourist class: Adult/Child – ₱1,069 ($19.11)
  • Business class: Adult/Child (ages 3 to 11) – ₱1,663 ($29.74)

From Camiguin To Bohol

There are two ways of travel on how to go to Bohol from Camiguin: a four-hour ferry to Jagna and a bus ride to Tagbilaran. The combined one-way fare will cost around ₱800 ($14.30). Take note that the ferries here only depart from Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so plan accordingly.
